Stop suffering from Menopause or Andropause with BHRT.

Combined with the right diet and exercise, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy is an effective treatment to help eradicate a number of ailments that are cause by: menopause in both women and men (called “andropause” for men), PMS, perimenopause, and adrenal fatigue.

Bioidentical hormones are made from plants and processed in a laboratory into an exact replica of those made by the human body.

Different, and more safe than synthetic hormones, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy results in the body responding positively to the hormones that are replaced into the body in a form that the body recognizes.  Synthetic hormones are made from animals (typically horses and pigs) that the body reacts to with painful and unpleasant side effects.

The importance of proper hormone balance cannot be over emphasized.  Without it, symptoms from fatigue to life threatening disease can result.  All of us have hormones that deplete with age and this in fact causes the aging process-everything from gray hairs to loss of libido. So, no matter who you are, hormone depletion is something that is inescapable.

Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy must be prescribed and performed by a well-trained specialist in this exciting field of preventative medicine. At bioidenticaldoctors.com, you can find the most comprehensive list of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy specialists nationwide.  To set up your initial consultation, please review our list to find a specialist in your area to live a life of energy and health once again.

So, how much of an effect does human growth hormone have on the body? One man, Dr. Uzzi Reiss admits that he’s “been taking H.G.H. for many years. I have the energy and vibrancy of a man half my age … I don’t get sick, don’t get jet-lagged. I can’t see why anybody would inject H.G.H. if it doesn’t have any benefits.”

Stop suffering from Andropause

It may come as sweet revenge to some women who have cried over the injustices of being female: menstruation, pregnancy and menopause come to mind; that men can go through one of these as well: menopause. But for men, we call it Andropause and  it is sometimes referred to as Man-Opause.

Although men can have many of the same symptoms of a woman going through menopause, they do not lose their ability to reproduce at this time.

What has happened to the man is that he is experiencing a drop in testosterone and dehydroepiandrosterone causing emotional and physical changes during his mid-life. Thirty percent of men by their mid-fifties experience Andropause.

Some of the symptoms are:  loss of libido-including impotence, fatigue, depression, hot flashes, interrupted sleep, and aches and pains.

The good news is that it can be treated through bioidentical hormone replacement therapy with lotions, pellets or injections. Improvements in diet and exercise will also greatly benefit the male suffering from male menopause.

Reclaim your youth men and while you are at it, regain your libido and lust for life. Visit our list at: www.bioidenticalhormonedoctors.com and have a great 2012!

Cure You Symptoms of Andropause Now

Are You Suffering From Symptoms of Andropause?

Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy is not just for women. Men also need it. Today we are going to speak with a real life patient.

KS: Hi Jim. First of all, thank you for taking the time out to share with our readers how your experience has been with BHRT. Can you start out by telling us your age and how long you have been on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy?

JM: Yes, I am 54, and have been doing bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for the past 4 1/2 years.

KS: How did you get started with this kind of therapy?

JM: Actually, I had no symptoms but my wife had read the Suzanne Somers books describing how nature naturally lowers our hormone levels as we age.  Aging clears the way for the younger folks to repopulate, moving us gently “out of the reproduction market” so to speak. But, what most folks do not realize is that its not just sex that is affected by lowered hormones, it is overall health. I keep hormone levels of a 30 year old and I feel great. Especially when I take melatonin and other sleep enhancing ‘mones, because during sleep is when our bodies do a lot of repair and healing. Getting a good night’s sleep is very important. Kids have no problem getting into a deep sleep, but as we age, we lose those hormones that are so very important for that deep REM sleep.

KS: Makes perfect sense. Besides melatonin, do you take any other hormones?

JM: Testosterone and DHEA in cream form, pregnenanlone capsules, melatonin in a sublingual spray.

KS: That’s interesting. We haven’t talked yet about taking any hormones in spray form.

JM: Combined with eating right and exercise, I feel great! I can’t measure the effects of the hormones alone though because I do so many different health routines. But as I mentioned before I keep the level of my hormones to that of a 30 year old.

KS: Do you feel that this is something you would have explored on your own-without your wife’s influence?

JM: No, I would not have done it without her..ahh, influence!

KS: So, what’s it like being a guy and doing this? Do you have any hang ups about it? Do you openly share that you do this with others or do you feel a bit reserved feeling that there may be a certain stigma attached to it?

JM: Yes, it is hard to talk about this issue, because people do not understand how hormones affect every function of your body and NOT just the penis and sexual activity. It is not like Viagra. It gets down to cellular DNA level affect…….gotta keep those DNA telomeres ends from being frayed. That is what has been found to be the cause of old age and the body breaking down. The goal is perfect cell replication everyday…..without  mutation or degradation
from lower levels of hormones or environmental toxins.

KS: What advice would you give to other men who are experiencing andropause or other symptoms that BHRT could help provide relief with?

JM: Drink more beer and watch more football. No, just kidding….if you have any hint that you would TRY this therapy, do it sooner rather than later, it works BETTER if you are at the “childhood of old age”, as our doctor put it.
KS: How much longer do you anticipate being on this type of therapy?

JM: For as long as I live.

KS: Anything else interesting to you or important you want to share?

JM: This is not a cure all for old age, but the more you know how your body works, the better you can have your body work for you.
